Strength and Conditioning

Strength, when developed intelligently, becomes the foundation of both performance and longevity.

My approach to strength and conditioning is built on precision, control, and technical excellence — shaped by a background in elite ballet and refined through advanced training methodologies. Every programme is designed to enhance not only how the body looks, but how it moves, performs, and sustains results over time.

I incorporate a combination of training modalities, including bodyweight conditioning, free weights, resistance machines, and cable-based training, allowing for a fully adaptable and progressive approach tailored to each individual.

A strong influence of Pilates principles underpins my method — focusing on alignment, core control, stability, and muscular balance. This ensures that strength is developed with integrity, reducing risk of injury while improving posture, coordination, and overall function.

My work spans a diverse range of clients — from those beginning their journey into exercise and a healthier lifestyle, to women developing confidence and strength through weight training, to professional athletes requiring high-level performance support. I also have a particular focus on supporting clients through menopause, where intelligent strength training plays a vital role in maintaining strength, mobility, and long-term health.

Alongside training, I place a strong emphasis on nutrition and gut health as fundamental pillars of overall wellbeing. By supporting digestion, energy balance, and recovery, this integrated approach ensures that results are not only achieved, but sustained.
